Qualifications will be received from all prospective General Contractors by Pitt County Government,
attention: Kenneth Brann, via e-mail only to (ken.brann@pittcountync.gov) up to 2:00 PM on Wednesday,September 2, 2026, for evaluation and approval of the Owner/Architect, for General Single-Prime
Construction on the following Project:
PITT COUNTY GOVERNMENT NEW ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
JKF Project No. 2024-14
The Pre-Qualification Package for potential Bidders may be acquired from JKF Architecture via e-mail request (jkf@jkf-arch.com) or may be found and downloaded at the following DropBox Link:

Bidders shall complete the Prime-Contractor-Prequalification-Form in its entirety and submit as a single PDF file including all supporting documentation requested. Select drawings for each building are available in the DropBox package for information only.
Interested Bidders shall notify the Architect’s Office of their intent to submit qualifications to the e-mail address noted below. In addition to the Owner, prospective qualifier shall copy Architect with their submittal to jkf@jkf-arch.com .
Actual Bid Packages may become available on or around September 15, 2026, and will be made available to approved pre-qualified Contractors.
All questions are to be directed to the Office of the Architect only. No site visits or meeting with the Owner are permitted.
The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all qualifications.
