Pursuant to The By-Laws of the Tipton County Regional Planning Commission in Article VII, Section 6, notice is hereby given of public meeting to be held by the Tipton County Planning Commission, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at the Tipton County Planning Office, located at 220 Hwy. 51 North, Suite 3, Covington, TN. at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is the following item only:
- Revised Site Plan for Helena Agri-Enterprises-A a site plan has been submitted for property located at 7600 Highway 59S. The request is to add a 100’x100’ storage building (10,000 square feet). The property is zoned C-3.
All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
