The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA) is giving the public the opportunity to review and comment on exposure drafts of proposed Board rule revisions. The rule revisions are being proposed in response to directives from the Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office (TREO) established in Chapter 465 of the Texas Government Code created during the 89^th Texas Legislative Session.  

You may review the exposure drafts below and use the comments field to submit your feedback to the TSBPA by August 27. The TSBPA will review all comments received and provide the public with the opportunity to review and comment on any additional proposed revisions in accordance with the rulemaking authority established in the Texas Administrative Procedure Act, Section 2001.021 et seq. of the Texas Government Code.
