Give your feedback, get a gift card

The Washington State Department of Revenue wants to make it easier for people to claim the Working Families Tax Credit — and we’re looking for a few WFTC recipients to give us feedback. We’re partnering with the New Practice Lab at New America, a non-profit organization who helps design government services.

Appointments will take 45 minutes via Zoom and those who are selected and participate will receive a prepaid Visa gift card as a thank you. Answer a few short questions to express your interest in participating.

Where is your submitted application at?
