Notification of New Contractor Prequalification Dates

The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) invites all contractors interested in prequalifying through our Open-Ended Stage I Bidding Process for General, Mechanical, Electrical, Roofing, Paving, Site/Civil and HazMat work to Save the Date for the mandatory and important events below:
- The New Vendor Open-Ended Stage I Prequalification solicitation will be available at 3:00 PM Monday, November 3, 2025, on the Utah Public Procurement website U3P.
- A MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Contractors wishing to attend this meeting in person will do so by visiting the Taylorsville State Office Building, 1st Floor Tuacahn Conference Room, located at 4315 South 2700 West, Taylorsville, Utah 84129.

All contractors wishing to prequalify with DFCM must attend this meeting.
