The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) invites all contractors interested in prequalifying through our Open-Ended Stage I Bidding Process for General, Mechanical, Electrical, Roofing, Paving, Site/Civil and HazMat work to Save the Date for the mandatory and important events below:

• The New Vendor Open-Ended Stage I Prequalification solicitation will be available at 3:00 PM Monday, May 4, 2026, on the Utah Public Procurement website U3P. (U3P Reference #CS26075)
• A MANDATORY pre-submittal meeting will be held at 9:30 AM on Monday, May 18, 2026.
  Contractors wishing to attend this meeting in person will do so by visiting the Taylorsville State
  Office Building, located at 4315 South 2700 West, Taylorsville, Utah 84129.
  • Please meet in the lobby in front of the security desk.
