The North Dakota Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents met on September 24, 2024 in the Commission administrative office in Jamestown, ND. The Commission at its quarterly meeting preliminarily approved a change to the application for public defender and also preliminarily approved the policy on Commissioner Conflicts of Interests.
