NWB District 4 Directorship Opening!

The directorship for District 4 of the Nebraska Wheat Board is open for appointment by the Governor. Kent Lorens, the current member representing District 4 has indicated he will not seek reappointment.

Qualified candidates include those who are citizens of Nebraska residing in a county in the respective district for which the candidate is applying, are at least 21 years of age, have been actively engaged in growing wheat in Nebraska for a period of at least five years and derive a substantial portion of income from producing wheat.

District 4 represents the southwestern region of Nebraska including the following counties: Lincoln, Chase, Dundy, Hayes, Hitchcock and Frontier.
