COLUMBIA, Mo., (October 2, 2025) - Boone County recently participated in the National Association of Counties (NACo) AI Central Regional Forum in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The forum is part of a regional series convening local government elected officials, appointed officers, department heads, and staff across different geographical regions to provide an educational, hands-on symposium on the landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) for county governments.

The NACo AI Central Regional Forum brought together public- and private-sector leaders to explore the future of technology in government operations.
