IT Governance launches expanded portfolio at Service Desk & IT Support Show
/EINPresswire.com/ IT Governance, the single source provider of a comprehensive range of ITIL, ISO20000 and ITSM resources, is launching a new range of products at the annual Service Desk & IT Support Show 2012. The show takes place at Earls Court in London on 24th and 25th April 2012. IT Governance staff will be on hand on Stand 936 to provide visitors with guidance and advice on ITSM best practice solutions.
Alan Calder, CEO of IT Governance, says, "We are looking forward to the Service Desk & IT Support Show where we will be demonstrating our expanded portfolio of bespoke resources. IT service management has become a main focus area for service providers. Over the last 12 months we have concentrated our efforts on developing fit-for purpose resources to help IT professionals adopt ITIL and ISO20000 best practice and improve efficiency."
The highlights from IT Governance this year are: ITIL & ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit, ITSM Iron Triangle: Incidents, Changes and Problems and Illustrating PRINCE2: Project management in real terms. All new products will be on display on Stand 936.
The ITIL & ISO/IEC 20000 Implementation Toolkit is a major product re-launch to incorporate the recent ITIL updates. The toolkit is now completely up-to-date with ITIL 2011 and has been awarded official ITIL licensed product status, approved by APMG, the official ITIL Accreditor. 'ITSM Iron Triangle: Incidents, Changes and Problems' demonstrates how ITIL best practice can ensure the success of your IT process implementation projects. It is based on real-life, up-to-date situations and offers vital strategies to implement the most important aspects of ITIL into your business and to tailor them to your organisation's particular needs. More information on the book is available here: www.itgovernance.co.uk/products/3721.
'Illustrating PRINCE2: Project management in real terms' provides a step-by-step guide that breaks down the PRINCE2(R) methodology into bite-size chunks, giving clear explanations and practical illustrations in each section. It will show readers how to effectively apply the principles, themes and processes of PRINCE2 to their project. Find out more here: www.itgovernance.co.uk/products/3732.
