GRAPEVINE— Texas Game Wardens and Grapevine Police Department will be holding a press conference and provide an opportunity for interviews regarding the fatal water-related accident of Ava Moore, 18, on May 25.

The operator of the personal watercraft, Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez, 21, fled the scene with Maikel Coello Perozo, 21. Gonzalez and Perozo then struck two vehicles while leaving the area. Grapevine Police Department is investigating the related automotive hit and run incident while Texas Game Wardens lead the water fatality investigation. Gonzalez was arrested May 27. Mugshots for Gonzalez and Perozo are available for the media.

Where: Grapevine Police Department, 1007 Ira E Woods Ave, Grapevine TX, 76051, Second Floor — Police Training Room

Media will have an opportunity to ask questions to representatives from Texas Game Wardens, Grapevine Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations.
