SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 2/18/25 at approximately 0817 hours, VT State Police was notified of a Tractor Trailer obstructing both lanes of travel near 1161 Portland Street in St. Johnsbury.
Troopers and Officers with St. Johnsbury Police Department responded to the area and located the tractor trailer truck stuck in a snowbank and provided traffic control until it was removed by B&B Towing. The roadway reopened at approximately 1025 hours.
The operator, identified as Mark Dority and was issued two Vermont Civil Violation Complaints:
- Title 23 VSA 1104, Stopping Prohibited
- Title 23 VSA 1221, Condition of Vehicle
