Commission on Judicial Selection Seeks Comment on Rules

The Commission on Judicial Selection invites comment from the bench, bar, and public regarding amendments to its Rules. The Rules may be found on the Commission’s webpage. Written comments may be submitted to: Margarita Bautista, Commission Staff, by Friday, January 13, 2023. Comments will be received electronically at mbautista@nvcourts.nv.gov.

The Commission will conduct a public meeting on the Commission’s Rules on January 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., in the Carson City Courthouse, 201 S. Carson Street, Carson City, NV and in the Las Vegas Courthouse, 408 East Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. The meeting is also available to join via Zoom. Persons interested in providing public comment during the meeting, must notify the Commission no later than January 10, 2023.
