Governor Joe Lombardo announced the vacancy for the First Judicial District Court of Nevada, Department 2. Department 2 will become available due to the retirement of the Honorable James E. Wilson, Jr. in January of the upcoming year.
Applications for Department 2 are due November 20, 2023. Applicants interested in applying must contact Ms. Margarita Bautista at mbautista@nvcourts.nv.gov to receive the required application materials.
