Summary

The digital transformation is producing profound changes for organizational structures and processes. Institutional innovation has emerged as an increasingly crucial vehicle for keeping pace with technological development, advancing organizational objectives, and ensuring operational effectiveness. This underscores the importance for financial authorities and regulators to stay ahead of the curve, considering the diverse nature of leadership, varying degrees of readiness to innovate, and the need for agile and resilient approaches in a changing environment.

To shape the modernization journey of organizations and upgrade policy makers’ knowledge, ADBI, in collaboration with Cambridge University's Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) and Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education Limited (JBSEEL), is offering a 6-week Online Course on Leading Transformation: Product and Organizational Innovation. It will also cover the product lifecycle, design sprint methodology, and technical competence to use key tools and frameworks for crafting product-level applications.

ADBI will provide funding for the tuition fees of a select number of qualified applicants for this course.
