WTO issues panel report regarding Chinese duties on Australian wine
On 29 March, the parties notified the WTO that they had reached a mutually agreed solution to the matters raised in the dispute. In accordance with Article 12.7 of the Dispute Settlement Understanding, the panel report provides a brief description of the dispute and notes that a solution has been reached.
