We are delighted to announce that Catherine Hope-MacLellan joined the NAO as our new Chief People Officer on 6 June.

Catherine joins from NHS England where she is currently an HR Director managing the strategy and roll out for national talent initiatives. With a finance and management consulting background, she moved into HR to follow her passion for people and for making change a positive experience. She has significant experience of developing People Strategies in the private and public sectors, enabling organisational change while also driving award-winning staff engagement.

Catherine said “I’m excited to join the NAO. I have a passion for people and making change a positive experience. I’m looking forward to contributing my experience to this vital organisation.”
