On 3/9/24 at approximately 0824, hours, The Vermont State Police Derby Barracks received a report of a a person coming into the US with regulated drugs at the I-91 Port of Entry in Derby Line. Investigation showed that Stephen Tucker had on his person a regulated drug, believed to be Ecstasy. Tucker was released on a citation for Criminal Court.
