SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to a report of unlawful restraint at a residence in Tunbridge, VT. Investigation revealed Elisha Taylor had unlawfully restrained a household member by barricading the door to a trailer and blocking himself and the household member inside. Taylor was subsequently arrested for the violation, as well as multiple other warrants. Taylor was brought to Southern State Correctional Facility and lodged for lack of $10,000 bail and set to appear in Vermont Superior Court Orange Criminal Division on 10/26/23 at 1230 hours.
