TEXAS, October 16 - The Texas Tuition Promise Fund^® (TTPF), the state’s prepaid college tuition plan, is celebrating its 15th anniversary, and we have a gift for you! We're waiving the $25 application fee for all new enrollments through Oct. 31, 2023. Enrollments by mail must be postmarked by this date to take advantage of the waiver. 

Please note that the $25 application fee will be reinstated on Nov. 1, 2023. Consider enrolling early to take advantage of the offer. Your first payment won’t be due until May 1, 2024.

General enrollment in TTPF is open through Feb. 29, 2024. Enrollment for children younger than one year of age extends through July 31, 2024.*
