Robert has blue eyes and brown and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt and blue jeans. Robert went missing on foot in the area of El Recreo and Constellation Road on 09/21/2023 at 1830 hours. Robert may become disoriented or confused if confronted.
