The Judicial Nominating Committee has sent candidates Charles "Chas" Neff, Jr. and Christopher K. Votava to Gov. Doug Burgum to be considered for the Northwest Judicial District judgeship vacancy.
The vacancy was created as a result of the retirement of Judge Paul W. Jacobson.
Neff is from Watford City and Votava is from Williston.
