Bar exam future group members frustrated with board’s alternative licensure pursuit.
(Subscription required) Over the course of two years, after 19 meetings and hundreds of hours of analysis, the Blue Ribbon commission on the Future of the Bar Exam submitted to the board last month a plan to make changes in the bar exam, but made no recommendation on licensing attorneys without testing them. The board has told employees to come up with proposals.
