Nevvon and NY State Association Partner with The Foundation for Home Health to Launch Caregiver Mentorship Program in MA
NEW YORK, NY, USA, May 31, 2023/EINPresswire.com/ -- Nevvon, a leading provider of e-learning solutions for healthcare, and the New York State Association of Health Care Providers (HCP) have partnered with the Foundation for Home Health (Foundation) to expand the "Legacy of Care Mentorship Program." The program, which was tested and refined in a pilot project in New York State, is now being rolled out to up to 25 home care agencies in Massachusetts with the aim of improving retention rates and job satisfaction in the community-based long-term care workforce.
The Mentorship Program has proven to positively impact job satisfaction and retention rates, and has even become a tool to support recruitment through referrals. Designed to be easily scalable, the program provides everything an agency needs: each of the 25 agencies in Massachusetts will have access to all the tools and resources required to effectively roll out and run a mentorship program for their caregivers.
