Public input meeting for proposed improvements near Almont scheduled March 30

BISMARCK, N.D. – A public input meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. CST on March 30 at 108 Burt Ave. in Almont. The meeting will utilize an open house format with formal presentations at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposed replacement of the bridge over Heart River on County Road 137 southeast of Almont, known locally as the Stark Bridge.

Representatives from Morton County, Sauber Engineering Inc., and the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will be present to discuss the project and answer questions.
