DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, January 24, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ -- A joint venture between Knowingo and OpenSpring has resulted in a merger, announced at the recent Investors Roundtable in Tel Aviv on December 07, 2022. The merger, which will create 350 employees and establish 8 offices in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Costa Rica, the United Arab Emirates, and the Netherlands, is focused on the cutting-edge industries of Cybertech, Edutech, Banking, 4-5G Transformation, Hospitality, and Oil and Gas.

The merger will also see the companies enter new markets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar, with the goal of increasing SaaS revenue by 300% by 2023. This expansion will be facilitated by the acceleration of globalization, and negotiations for local distribution and global coverage through more than 30 distribution channels.

Pablo Alcantara Bailey, CEO and Adnan Sawadi, Chairman of the Advisory Board, stated that the company is also looking for acquisitions of companies that fit into the SaaS B2B model, with a minimum of existing revenue and gross potential of $1 million or more. The companies will be attending the Investors Roundtable in Dubai 2023, where The Abrahamic Business Circle is inviting high-network individuals.
