FAA Proposes $1M Fine Against Aircraft Resource Management for Illegal Charter Flights

WASHINGTON – The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposed a $1,037,478 civil penalty against Aircraft Resource Management of Kansas for allegedly conducting 78 charter flights without proper FAA certifications or qualified pilots.
The FAA alleges that the company conducted the flights in six different twin-engine aircraft.
Aircraft Resource Management has 30 days to respond to the FAA after receiving the agency’s enforcement letter.
