This one day-long conference is unique among other networking events because it is designed exclusively for young professional advisors to accelerate their business development process to becoming a rainmaker.
YPA360 was launched in September 2011 to connect young professional advisors in accounting, banking, business & finance, investments, law, and real estate. The Co-Founders, Tony Yu, (Attorney, CPA, CFP(R)) and Ryan Hung (CPA) believe that in order to become valuable assets to their firms, they must drive business development and become rainmakers instead of remaining as technicians. They also believe that establishing a referral network is a two-way process. It is most effective to connect with other young advisors who do not yet have an entrenched professional referral network and are just as eager to develop these mutual connections. The YPA360 conference was designed to accelerate that business development process by connecting young professional advisors from 6 industries with each other.
