The Board of Directors of Wesco International WCC today declared a cash dividend on the company's 10.625% Series A Fixed-Rate Reset Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock for the period October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The dividend is $664.0625 per preferred share, or $0.6640625 per depository share, and is payable on January 3, 2023 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2022.
