Today, a fifth district court jury acquitted Wayne Hsiung and Paul Picklesimer of burglary and theft, ending a five-day trial in Saint George. Each was charged with entering the Milford Circle Four Farms (Smithfield Foods) facility in 2017 and stealing two piglets they said were sick and dying. The Utah Attorney General’s Office assisted Beaver County, which prosecuted this case.
