TOPEKA—The second case on today’s Supreme Court docket was pulled late yesterday afternoon after the court received and granted a motion for continuance filed by defendant’s counsel.

Case No. 123,005: State of Kansas v. Edroy D. Taylor Jr. was the second case scheduled at 9 a.m. today. It will be rescheduled to the October docket.
