​Montoursville, PA – Motorist are advised of a lane restriction on Route 61 southbound (Veterans Memorial Bridge) in Sunbury, Northumberland County, for maintenance work.

On Monday, August 29, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing light repairs along the southbound lane of the Veterans Memorial Bridge. Motorists can expect a single lane restriction where work is being performed. Work will be performed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
