The company expects to hire 20 structural engineers in the next two years as well as provide opportunities for internships.

Established in 2019, the company’s Vilnius office is involved in the development of Eisfeld Ingenieure’s core services. Developing Artificial Intelligence solutions for the construction sector, Eisfeld Ingenieure has been significantly contributing to the country’s AI community. The Lithuanian team is responsible for managing and operating digital planning processes for the construction industry. Due to ongoing changes in the industry, the company plans to expand its Vilnius branch with 20 more BIM engineers.

Already, the company employs 15 professionals in Vilnius and plans to grow with additional 20 new structural engineers next year.
