SAN RAMON, Calif., January 26, 2011 – The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of seventy-two cents ($0.72) per share, payable March 10, 2011, to holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business on February 16, 2011.
