Gazprom Neft is concerned with the reports on substantial jet kerosene domestic supplies reduction that emerge in the mass media, and with the winter diesel fuel deficit arisen in the Russian market. The Company asserts that in December 2010 the Gazprom Neft Group increased domestic kerosene supplies by 28% as compared with December 2009, and by 8% in comparison with November 2010. As far as winter diesel fuel is concerned, the domestic supplies thereof by Gazprom Neft grew in December 2010 by 56% as compared to the same period last year, and by 38% versus this November. Total scope of jet kerosene supplies by Gazprom Neft exceeded 137 thousand tons, while those of winter diesel fuel exceeded 330 thousand tons.

The Company uses its best efforts to satisfy high domestic demand for oil products.
