Long-Term Cooperation Agreement Signed between Gazpromneft-Lubricants and SIBUR Holding

An Agreement for Complex Cooperation in the sphere of lubricants design, testing and supplies has been signed between Gazpromneft-Lubricants and JSC SIBUR Holding.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Gazpromneft-Lubricants shall provide the supplies of own-produced high quality lubricants to the production units of Sibur-Holding as well as arrange for the planning and management of research, design and development efforts on the design and supplies of advanced lubricants to the production site. Besides, the company shall organize the delivery of commerce and test oils samples to SIBUR production units for performance testing.
SIBUR in its turn shall purchase the lubricants produced by Gazpromneft-Lubricants for the needs of own subsidiaries, and set tasks for Gazpromneft-Lubricants on the design of new lubricants that could satisfy the prospective requirements of JSC SIBUR Holding.
The parties have also agreed upon common engineering policy and partnership in maintaining the quality of lubricants in terms of compliance with up-to-date international performance requirements and standards of environmental safety. The scheduled activities shall be performed together with the leading Russian crude processing scientific research and project engineering organizations and the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Service.
