Bedford, TX - October 5, 2010 -- New Beginnings Montessori School (NBMS), located in the heart of Bedford for over 15 years, is giving away one annual scholarship for $2000 to one fortunate family in Tarrant County! It is the desire of NBMS to present this scholarship to a family who may not otherwise have the opportunity for a Montessori education.

New Beginnings Montessori School was founded in 1994 by the late Mrs. Huma Gul, an immigrant to the United States from Pakistan. Mrs. Huma lost her battle with cancer in 2006, but she invested everything into her school and her children until her very last day. To this day many of her past students still carry a memory of her deep within their hearts. Today the mission of NBMS is carried on by her daughter, Shamain, whose vision is to perpetuate her mother's love for education and for children.

New Beginnings has maintained an excellent reputation in the community and offers a dedicated Montessori experience with certified Montessori teachers, while also offering Spanish, Music, field trips, guest speakers and after-school enrichment programs.
