DOT News Release: DANIEL K. INOUYE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT RUNWAY CLOSURE FOR PAVEMENT WORK

HONOLULU – The Hawaii Department of Transportation advises Ewa residents of an increase in aircraft traffic over the area due to runway repairs scheduled for March 7-8.

Runways 4R and 4L will be closed from 7 a.m., March 7, until 7:30 a.m. the next day. Aircraft will be directed to land on runway 8L resulting in more noise over the Ewa Plain.
