Prime Minister extends congratulations to the new Head of Government of Romania
LITHUANIA, November 26 - On behalf of the Government and the people of Lithuania, Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė has conveyed sincere congratulations to Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă on his appointment as Prime Minister of Romania.
