RHODE ISLAND, December 10 - At 7:36 PM, Troopers arrested Kaitlin Martel, age 29, of 11 Wheldon Avenue Apt. #3 East Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs- First Offense-B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Weeden Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 8:00 p.m., Troopers arrested Pedro L. Rodriguez, age 56, of 101 Benefit Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession of a Controlled Substance I – V originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cross Street in the City of Central Falls. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – ACI – Men's Intake Center.

At 10:00 p.m., Troopers arrested Stephen M. Laliberte, age 38, of 93 Broad Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – First Offense, B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 12:05 A.M, Troopers arrested Miguel Velazquez, age 44 of 513 Douglas Avenue Apt. #1, Providence, RI for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer, 2.) Violation of a No Contact Order, 3) Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License (3rd offense). 4). Six District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Domestic Violation. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Service Road 1 in the City of Providence. Mr. Velazquez was transported to State Police Headquarters where he processed. He is being held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

At 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested Natashia Rusconi age, 26, of 547 Plymouth Street, Middleborough, MA for misdemeanor Possession of a Schedule Drug I-V (MDMA). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Service Road 1 in the City of Providence. Ms. Rusconi was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed. She is being held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
