RHODE ISLAND, December 12 - At 10:10 PM, Troopers arrested Brandon L. Mora, age 39, of 9 Williams Street, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - First Offense, BAC .10-.15 (Phase I: .110 BAC, Phase II: .109 BAC). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Zealous J. Washington, Age 58, of 575 Dyer Avenue Apt.C32, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of Schedule I – V (Fentanyl) – Under Ten Grams – Third and Subsequent Offense, 2.) Possession of Schedule I – V (Methadone) - Third and Subsequent Offense, 3.) Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I – V originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 4.) Sixth Division Court Warrant for a 46 G Violation on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I – V originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment.
