AN ACT
Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sentencing, further
providing for sexual offenses and tier system.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 9799.14(c)(1) of Title 42 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and subsections
(b) and (c) are amended by adding paragraphs to read:
§ 9799.14. Sexual offenses and tier system.

(b) Tier I sexual offenses.--The following offenses shall be
classified as Tier I sexual offenses:

(4.1) 18 Pa.C.S. § 3011(a)(1) and (2) (relating to
trafficking in individuals).
(4.2) 18 Pa.C.S. § 3013 (relating to patronizing a
victim of sexual servitude).
