Route 3039 Nike Site Road Bridge Rehabilitation Continues in Collier Township
Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing rehabilitation work continues on the Nike Site Road (Route 3039) bridge over Robinson Run and the Panhandle Trail in Collier Township, Allegheny County.
Rehabilitation work on the Nike Site Road Bridge, located between Noblestown Road and Gregg Station Road, will continue into 2022. Due to unforeseen issues, additional steel repair work was necessary once the bridge deck was removed. These repairs have delayed concrete deck placement requiring the continuation of the bridge closure. The contractor will continue working through the winter as long as weather permits. Traffic will continued be detoured.
