Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 147 (Duke Street) is closed in both directions between Third Street and Fifth Street in Northumberland Borough, Northumberland County, due to a vehicle crash.

A detour using local roads is currently in place. The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect travel delays and drive with caution.
