​A section of Route 89 in Concord Township, Erie County will be closed to through traffic from August 2 to August 6, 2021 for railroad track repairs.

Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad, LLC. will be making repairs to the railroad crossing near the intersection of Route 89 and E. Pleasant Street/Lovell Road (Route 2018) in Village of Lovell. 

A detour will be posted using Route 6, Route 426, and Route 77. 

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
