SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

SB 142 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review – State employment: State Bargaining Units.
SB 147 by the Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review – Budget Act of 2020: augmentation.
