5:50 PM UPDATE: Colonel John Kelly Road is open.​

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 1002 (Colonel John Kelly Road) is closed between Route 15 and JPM Road (T-476) in Kelly Township, Union County, due to a vehicle crash.

A detour using Route 15 southbound, Route 1005 (Hospital Drive), and Colonel John Kelly Drive is in place.

The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, and expect travel delays.
