Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility work on West Carson Street (Route 51) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Monday through Thursday, February 22-25 weather permitting.

A single-lane restriction will occur on West Carson Street between Earl Street and Telford Street from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day as crews from Duquesne Light will conduct cable installation work.
