9:20 AM Update: Both lanes of Route 15 northbound and southbound in Liberty Township, Tioga County are open.

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of a lane closure on Route 15 northbound and southbound between Exit 414 (Morris/Liberty) and Sebring Exit in Liberty Township, Tioga County, due to a jackknifed tractor trailer.

Motorists can expect the left (passing) lane to be closed in both directions. Motorists should watch for lane changes and expect delays in travel.

Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
