2:20 PM Update: Crash Closes Route 15 NB Ramp in Williamsport, Lycoming County

​2:20 PM Update: Route 15 NB entrance ramp from Route 220 northbound is open.

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised the Route 15 northbound entrance ramp (Exit 29 – Mansfield) from Route 220 northbound in the City of Williamsport, Lycoming County is closed due to a vehicle crash.

A detour using Route 220 northbound, Maynard Street, Route 220 southbound, 15 northbound is in place.

The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours.

Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
